Foot Locker is an American sportswear and footwear retailer, operating in approximately 20 countries worldwide. Formerly known as Venator Group, it is the successor corporation to the F.W. Woolworth Company (“Woolworth’s”). Foot Locker operates the eponymous “Foot Locker” chain of athletic footwear retail outlets (along with “Kids Foot Locker” and “Lady Foot Locker” stores), Champs Sports, Footaction USA, and Eastbay/Footlocker.com. The company has mall-based stores all around the world, in the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia Pacific (including Australia and New Zealand).
The performance results of the institution are made available for the larger public in the annual reports, as well as on the company's website in the Investor Relations/At a Glance section (see the second link below). The performance measures included in these reports focus mainly on the company’s financial and operational performance, but also on its partners, employees and corporate social responsibility activities.
