Transportation and Infrastructure
Transportation includes the provision of passenger or freight transport, whether scheduled or not, by rail, pipeline, road, water or air and associated activities, such as terminal and parking facilities, cargo handling, and storage. KPIs in this area focus on the efficiency, effectiveness and productivity of transportation activities at national level. Infrastructure operations consist of activities related to the administration and operation of the national infrastructure assets. Infrastructure assets administered by operators acting in this industry include airports, ports, roads, toll roads and parking assets among others.
