The client: A major International player in the GCC Construction and Engineering market. They currently have over 40 live projects with a total project value exceeding $20 billion.

Location: Qatar

The role: This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Performance Analyst to join a strategic team. You will play a key role in building and implementing the Corporate Performance Management system to identify company KPIs in order to motivate departments and personnel to pursue all company objectives.

You will develop and monitor the execution of the Performance Management System to drive the creation of a performance driven culture across the business. You will input directly into the establishment of departmental KPIs, measure the effectiveness of company strategies and implement Balance Scorecard to improve the organisation performance.

The person:

Bachelors/ Masters degree or equivalent in Business Administration
Previous track record of success in a similar role
Ability to operate across the board at all levels of employees and management
Results orientated, able to execute projects in a structured manner
To able to effectively use the balance score card – design through to implementation and delivery.
In addition to excellent written and spoken English, proficiency in Arabic would be advantageous.
